Opt Out of Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising

If the Form Is Unavailable
The availability of Shopify's form depends on your location and the store's privacy settings. If the form does not appear, does not apply to your location, or fails to submit, you can still contact us at support@torquevalley.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Tell us which privacy choice or request you would like help with. An email request is reviewed by our team; sending it does not instantly change this browser's settings.
Browser Choices and Global Privacy Control
Browser-based choices apply to the browser and device used to make them. You may need to repeat your choice if you change browsers or devices or clear your cookies.
Where applicable, Shopify recognizes a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for sale or sharing and targeted advertising for the browser and device sending the signal, based on the store's configured regions. A browser opt-out does not itself delete your account, cancel an order, or unsubscribe you from email messages.
Access, Correction, or Deletion Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to appeal certain decisions about a request.
Email us with the subject “Privacy Request,” describe what you would like us to do, and provide the email address associated with your order or account. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority before handling requests that require verification. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, card security codes, or identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable exception or reason a request cannot be fulfilled. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available under applicable law.
Marketing Emails
To stop promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us. Necessary order, payment, delivery, and service communications may still be sent.
