One-Year Coverage on All Parts

Torque Valley provides a one-year limited warranty on every part we sell, starting on the delivery date.

Coverage includes mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts, including modules, computers, pumps, motors, sensors, and other components. Electrical or electronic classification alone does not exclude a part from coverage.

The warranty is provided by Torque Valley to the original purchaser for the part identified in the order. No additional registration or coverage purchase is required.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects and functional failures of the supplied part during normal, intended use, taking account of the condition and functionality represented at purchase.

A used part may have disclosed cosmetic wear, but it must perform as represented. Describing a part as used does not exclude it from this warranty.

Failures that become apparent only after proper installation may qualify. Installation alone is not a reason to deny coverage.

Electrical and Electronic Parts

Electrical and electronic parts receive the same one-year coverage period.

Some components require programming, coding, calibration, initialization, or VIN pairing. The normal need for these procedures is not itself a defect. However, a confirmed defect in the supplied part remains covered.

We do not promise plug-and-play operation unless stated in the product description.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover a problem to the extent it was caused by:

  • Incorrect installation, wiring, programming, or calibration.

  • Misuse, collision, abuse, or operation outside the part’s intended application.

  • Inadequate maintenance, incorrect fluids, contamination, or overheating originating elsewhere in the vehicle.

  • An unrelated vehicle fault that damages the part.

  • A modification or repair that causes the claimed failure.

  • Ordinary wear from use after delivery, rather than a covered defect.

Accurately disclosed cosmetic wear is not a covered defect. Undisclosed damage or a material mismatch with the product description is not excused by this exclusion.

We will not deny coverage solely because an independent repair shop serviced the vehicle, an aftermarket component was used, or a label was removed. We will assess whether the relevant action caused the problem and whether the supplied part can reasonably be identified.

Costs Outside the Part

This limited warranty does not ordinarily pay for installation or removal labor, diagnostic services, programming, calibration, towing, rental vehicles, downtime, or lost income.

These costs are covered only if Torque Valley agrees in writing or applicable law requires payment. Do not authorize work at our expense without contacting us first.

Transportation necessary to resolve an approved warranty claim is handled as described below.

How to Submit a Claim

Contact us within one year after delivery and provide:

  • Your order number or other proof of purchase.

  • The part number and relevant vehicle details.

  • A description of the failure and when it appeared.

  • Available photographs, fault codes, or diagnostic findings.

We may request reasonable additional information or inspection relevant to the claimed defect. You do not need to purchase a repair before reporting the problem.

Stop using the part if continued operation could cause injury or further damage. Preserve the part and contact us before discarding it or taking steps that would prevent inspection.

A claim submitted within the coverage period remains eligible for review if that period expires while the claim is being processed.

Remedies

For a confirmed covered defect, Torque Valley will repair or replace the part at no charge, or refund the price paid for it and applicable taxes.

We will explain the proposed remedy and expected timing. If repair or replacement cannot be completed within a reasonable time, we will provide a refund. Any additional remedy or choice required by applicable law remains available.

A materially different replacement or store credit requires your agreement.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 4–7 business days, subject to any shorter legal deadline.

A repaired or replacement part remains covered for the balance of the original one-year term, or longer where required by law.

Warranty Shipping

Torque Valley covers the necessary return and replacement shipping for an approved warranty claim.

Contact us for a prepaid label, pickup arrangement, or written shipping instructions before sending the part. The business address below is not automatically the correct return address.

We may agree on a local inspection or another practical solution when appropriate.

Relationship to Returns and Legal Rights

Our 30-day return policy is separate from this one-year warranty. Expiration of the return window does not end warranty coverage.

This limited warranty does not disclaim applicable implied warranties or exclude remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the relevant limitations above may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
